After clicking on the “Refill Your Prescription” icon above, enter the zip code “84624” on the Good Neighbor Pharmacy locator page
Click on the “Service Drug” Button (in gray)
Click on the blue “Prescriptions” Button, fill out the form on the page that will follow, and come in to pick it up
